Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Envision Ink ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to any part of these terms, you may not use the Platform.

2. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate information during registration and to update it as needed.

3. Artist Verification

Artists must provide valid identification and portfolio samples. We reserve the right to verify artist credentials and remove artists who do not meet our standards. Artists are independent contractors, not employees of Envision Ink.

4. Matching Service

The $39 matching fee connects clients with artists but does not guarantee a booking. Artists are not obligated to accept matches. Envision Ink is not responsible for disputes between clients and artists.

5. Payment Terms

All payments are processed through Stripe. By making a payment, you authorize us to charge your payment method. Subscription fees are billed monthly and auto-renew unless cancelled. Matching fees are non-refundable unless the service is unavailable.

6. Refund Policy

Subscription fees are refundable within 7 days if unused. Matching fees are non-refundable as the service is provided upon payment. Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days.

7. Content Ownership

You retain ownership of all content you upload (designs, photos, etc.). By uploading content, you grant Envision Ink a license to display and share it on the Platform. You agree not to upload copyrighted content without permission.

8. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

  • Harass, threaten, or abuse other users
  • Upload illegal or explicit content
  • Attempt to hack or disrupt the Platform
  • Engage in fraud or deceptive practices
  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations

9. Limitation of Liability

Envision Ink is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the past 12 months.

10. Dispute Resolution

Disputes between users and artists are handled through our support team. We will attempt mediation. If unresolved, disputes may be escalated to arbitration or legal proceedings as permitted by law.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account for violation of these terms. Upon termination, your access to the Platform will be immediately revoked.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
