Refund Policy

Subscription Refunds
If you subscribe to an artist tier (Emerging, Professional, or Studio), you have 7 days from the date of purchase to request a full refund if you haven't used the service.
How to request: Email [email protected] with your order ID and reason for refund.
Matching Fee Refunds
The $39 artist matching fee is non-refundable because:
- The service is provided immediately upon payment
- We match you with available artists based on your preferences
- Artists are not obligated to accept matches
Exception: If the Platform is unavailable for more than 24 hours and we cannot provide the matching service, we will issue a full refund.
Refund Timeline
Approved refunds are processed within 5-10 business days. The refund will be credited to your original payment method.
Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle. No refunds are issued for partial months.
Disputes
If you believe a charge was made in error, contact us immediately at [email protected]. We will investigate and resolve disputes within 30 days.
Chargeback Policy
If you initiate a chargeback with your bank instead of contacting us first, we reserve the right to:
- Suspend or terminate your account
- Report the chargeback to payment processors
- Pursue legal action if applicable
